John 6: 26 – 29—Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did not eat of the loaves, and were filled. Labour not for that meat which turneth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
Romans 3: 28—Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
Titus 3: 5—Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.
John 3: 5—Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and off the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

1 Peter 3: 21—The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesu Christ.
